How to View Payment Progress
Roopi makes it easy to track the status of every invoice—from upload to paid—so you always know where your money stands.
Whether you're managing one client or hundreds, the payment progress tools give you a real-time view of how collections are moving forward.
📍 Where to See Payment Progress
You can view payment progress in three main places:
1. Dashboard Overview
Go to the Dashboard tab to get a high-level summary:
Total Outstanding – Unpaid across all invoices
Collected This Month – How much you’ve received recently
Avg Days Late – How late people are typically paying
Next Best Actions – AI-suggested priorities based on behavior

💡 Use this view to quickly spot trends or spikes in late payments.
2. Invoices Tab
For detailed tracking:
Go to the Invoices tab
Click any invoice to open its full view
Look for:
Current Status (Open, Paid, Failed)

3. Message Timeline
Still waiting on payment? You can trace every step:
Go to the Messages tab
Search by invoice number or debtor name
View all past messages and their tone
Confirm whether Roopi’s nudges were delivered, opened, or replied to
This helps you understand how responsive the debtor has been—and how close you are to payment.

📈 How Roopi Tracks Payment Automatically
If your account is synced with QuickBooks, Roopi will detect payment automatically and update the invoice status to Paid.
If you're not using QuickBooks:
You can mark an invoice as paid manually
Roopi will immediately stop further messaging
