Roopi helps you keep track of your invoices by clearly showing their current status. Here’s what each status means:
Paid ✅
The invoice has been fully paid by your client. No further action is needed.
Open 🕒
The invoice is still unpaid and awaiting payment. Roopi will continue to send reminders to your client.
Failed ❌
The payment attempt failed (for example, due to a declined card or expired payment method). You can reach out to your client or update payment info to resolve this.
