Your Roopi profile helps personalize your experience and ensures your account details stay up to date. Whether you need to update your name, business info, or notification preferences, it only takes a few clicks. Here's how to manage your profile preferences in Roopi.


🔧 How to Access Your Profile

  1. Log in to your Roopi account.

  2. Click on settings on the left sidebar.

  3. Select "Profile", "Business", or "Communications" from the dropdown menu.


📝 What You Can Edit

Here is some of the information you can edit:

  • Name – Update your display name or the name associated with your account.

  • Business Name – Change the business name Roopi uses in communications.

  • Email Address – Update the email where you receive Roopi updates and notifications.

  • Phone Number – Add or update the number used for verification or contact preferences.

  • Time Zone – Make sure your reminders and follow-ups happen at the right time.


🔔 Managing Notification Preferences

To manage how and when Roopi contacts you:

  1. Go to My Profile > Notifications.

  2. Choose your preferences for:

    • Payment reminders

    • Debtor replies

    • Weekly performance summaries

    • System alerts and updates


🛡️ Security Settings

From your profile, you can also:

  • Change your password

  • Enable two-factor authentication (coming soon)

  • Review recent login history


💾 Don’t Forget to Save

After making changes, be sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. Roopi will confirm your updates instantly.
