🧾 Where Debtor Questions Appear
When a debtor replies to an invoice message with a question:
If it's simple (e.g. “Can I get a copy of the invoice?”), Roopi handles it automatically
If it's complex, sensitive, or unclear, it’s flagged in the Alerts tab.
How to View the Question
Go to the Alerts tab in your Roopi dashboard
Click on the flagged message to open the full debtor reply
You can either tell Roopi how to answer or manually contact the debtor.
