Messages Tab
The Messages tab is your central hub for tracking all communication Roopi sends—or plans to send—to your debtors via SMS and Email. Whether you're reviewing past outreach, approving upcoming messages, or troubleshooting a failed send, this is where you’ll manage it all.
📨 What You’ll See
Each message card shows:
Debtor Name – Who it's being sent to
Invoice Number – Associated with the message
Message Type – SMS or Email
Recipient Email/Number
Tone – Friendly, Direct, or Firm
Scheduled Send Time
Message Preview – First lines of the content
Status Badge – Sent, Scheduled, Failed, Inbound

🛠 Actions You Can Take
Click the Actions dropdown (bottom right of each card) to open up management tools:
✅ View Details
See the full message content, associated invoice, and history of attempts.
📝 Edit Message (coming soon)
Want to tweak a reminder before it goes out? This opens the message in edit mode so you can reword or clarify it.
🔁 Regenerate Message (coming soon)
Click to generate a new version of the message based on Roopi’s most up-to-date AI tone and strategy. Useful if your settings have changed or if the original message feels off.
📤 Send (coming soon)
Use this to manually send the message now—great for urgent nudges or if you’re skipping the usual wait time.
🗑️ Delete Message
Remove the message entirely if it’s no longer needed (e.g., the invoice was paid before it went out).
🔍 Filter and Search
At the top of the page, filter by status:
Scheduled – Messages waiting to be sent
Sent – Messages successfully delivered
Failed – Delivery issues like invalid contacts
Inbound – Messages from debtors (view replies)
You can also search by debtor name, invoice number, or message content.
💬 Why This Matters
The Messages tab ensures:
You always know what Roopi is saying on your behalf
You can intervene before a message goes out
Failed messages don’t go unnoticed
You stay in control—without having to write from scratch
✨ Pro Tip: If you want all messages to be reviewed before sending, toggle Review Before Send in Settings › Communications. Roopi will queue messages here until you approve them.
