Roopi chooses the channel based on:
Time since invoice was due
Whether a response has been received
Urgency level of the reminder
Contact info available (email, phone, or both)
For example:
💌 First message: email with full invoice summary
📱 Day before due date: friendly SMS reminder
📬 3–5 days overdue: firm but respectful email
🕑 1+ week overdue: SMS with a direct call-to-action
✅ What If a Client Replies?
If they reply by SMS or email, Roopi will use the same channel to respond.
