How to View Sent, Scheduled, Failed, and Inbound Messages
Roopi gives you full visibility into every message it sends, plans to send, or receives—so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
📨 Where to Check Messages
Go to the Messages tab in the left navigation bar.
You’ll see a list of all recent activity—each message includes:
Invoice number
The debtor/client name
The message type (email or SMS)
A preview of the message content
Date
Messages Tabs Messages are separated into different tabs depending on their condition:
📥 Inbox – These are replies from a debtor (you can click to read them)
✅ Sent – Messages delivered successfully
⏳ Scheduled – Messages queued that will be sent soon
❌ Failed – There was an error sending these messages
🛠️ Troubleshooting Failed Messages If a message is marked Failed, you can:
Hover over to see the reason (e.g. invalid email, SMS delivery issue)
Click “Resend” to try again
Or edit the invoice contact info before retrying
📬 Reading Replies Inbound messages appear in the Inbound list. Click to open the full reply.
