Getting started with Roopi is quick and free—no credit card, no setup headaches. Just a few steps and Roopi is ready to follow up on your unpaid invoices.

Go to app.roopi.ai Click the “Sign Up” tab on our homepage.
Enter Your Email Use your work or personal email—whatever you'd like Roopi to send follow-ups from.
Create a Password -Follow the instructions on the screen. -Confirm Password -Agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Check your email Click on the link we sent you to verify your email. You'll be redirected to complete your onboarding.
Tell us about your business Add your business name and phone number.
Connect your tools You’ll be asked if you want to connect your QuickBooks account. You can link it now for automatic syncing, or skip it and do it later—Roopi works either way.
Try Roopi Message Roopi, drop in a PDF, or ask Roopi something. Roopi will answer you and get to work.
Customize Your Settings (Optional) Add your business name, logo, or set your preferred tone of voice. Roopi is ready out of the box, but you can fine-tune it as you go.
