🔔 Types of Notifications You’ll Receive

Roopi sends different types of notifications depending on activity and your preferences. Here’s what to expect:


✅ Daily Summary Email

Every morning, Roopi delivers a snapshot of your account:

  • New payments received

  • Invoices that became overdue

  • Follow-ups sent or scheduled

  • Alerts needing your attention

📬 This is the best way to stay updated in just one glance.


⚠️ Real-Time Alerts (Optional)

Get notified instantly when something important happens:

  • A debtor replies with a message that needs your input

  • A large payment is received

  • A message fails to send

  • A new invoice syncs from QuickBooks

⚡ You can choose to receive these by email, SMS, or Slack (Slack integration coming soon).


📱 SMS Notifications

You can enable SMS alerts for major events like:

  • Payment received

  • Debtor escalation

  • Alerts requiring your response

Go to Settings › Notifications to customize your mobile number and preferences.


📥 In-App Alerts

Inside the Roopi app, the Alerts tab flags anything needing your review:

  • Debtor replies Roopi can't handle alone

  • Proposed payment plans

  • Messages that failed to send

You can filter, search, and resolve each alert right from this tab.


🛠 How to Manage Notifications

Customize how and when you're notified:

  1. Go to Settings › Notifications

  2. Choose frequency for:

    • Email: Immediate, Hourly Digest, Daily Digest

    • SMS: On/Off toggle

  3. Enable/disable real-time alerts for different activity types
